How does referral tracking work? ▼
When someone clicks your unique referral link, a 30-day cookie is set in their browser. If they purchase ProductiveBot within that 30-day window, the sale is attributed to you automatically via GoAffPro. You can view all click and conversion data in your affiliate dashboard.
When do I get paid? ▼
Payouts are processed monthly at the end of each calendar month via PayPal. You'll need a minimum balance of $50 to receive a payout — smaller amounts roll over to the next month. Make sure your PayPal address is correct in your GoAffPro profile before the end of the month.
What counts as a valid referral? ▼
A referral counts when someone clicks your link, visits productivebot.ai, and completes a purchase within 30 days. The sale must remain confirmed (not refunded or chargebacked) within the payout period. Self-referrals are not permitted and will be removed.
How are commission tiers calculated? ▼
Tiers are based on confirmed sales within a calendar month. At the end of the month, your sales total determines your tier for the following month: Partner (0–5), Pro (6–15), Elite (16+). Your commission rate for the current month is based on your tier as set at the start of that month.
Can I run paid ads to promote ProductiveBot? ▼
Paid advertising requires prior written approval from ProductiveBot. You may not bid on branded keywords (e.g., "ProductiveBot", "productivebot.ai") in Google Ads, Bing, or any other PPC platform. Organic social, email, and content marketing are always permitted. Contact support@productivebot.ai to discuss paid media opportunities.
What promotional methods are allowed? ▼
You're free to use: blog posts, social media content, email newsletters to your opt-in list, YouTube videos, podcasts, in-person referrals, and webinars. You must always disclose your affiliate relationship clearly ("I may earn a commission if you buy"). Spam, fake reviews, misleading claims, and coupon sites are not permitted.
What happens if a customer returns the product? ▼
If a customer refunds or charges back within the same payout period, that sale is removed from your commission balance. If a payout has already been issued, the deduction is applied to your next payout cycle. ProductiveBot's refund window is outlined in our Terms of Service.
How do I get my referral link? ▼
Log in to the GoAffPro affiliate dashboard. Your unique referral link is shown on the dashboard home page. You can also generate custom links for specific landing pages from the Links section.
Who do I contact if I need help? ▼
For general questions, email support@productivebot.ai — our Scout AI handles most questions instantly, and the human team follows up on complex issues within one business day. For urgent payout issues, include "PAYOUT" in your subject line.
Is there a limit to how much I can earn? ▼
No caps. There's no limit on referrals, commissions, or earnings. Elite partners earn $150 per sale with no ceiling. The more you refer, the more you earn — and the higher your tier, the bigger each payout.
